Biography: I grew up in the great state of Montana, and began music in early elementary
school. I started the saxophone at age 11 and since then have played in the Montana All State Band, Eastern Montana
Jazz Ensemble, the Rock and Roll Express, have competed in many state and district festivals, been a player at the Red Lodge
Music Festival, am a member of the funk/jam band Satin Sterling, and performed in numerous UNC groups including Jazz Lab Band
One and Wind Ensemble.
Education/Experience: I'm a saxophone performace major at the University of Northern Colorado
and have performed numerous times throughout Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado, and I have taught saxophone for 6 years. Additioanlly,
I am a member of IAJE.
Comments: I not only like to teach, but I love to perform. Any group or parties needing
a saxophonist feel welcome to call me. My doubling abilities include all the Saxes, clarinet, and flute.
